Ancient temple ruins built in the latter half of the 7th century (Asuka period). Including the oldest Buddhist mural painting in Japan, statues (sozou) have been excavated all at once and are attracting attention. It is erected with a double tiled platform that is often found in kudara, with a unique sangharama arrangement with three north-south towers (two of which are sure to be built) to the east of the main hall. As a result of the survey, it has been found that it has the largest precincts of a local temple, with 2 east-west towns (212m) and 1 north-south town (106m).

The origin of the Yodoe umbrella was that Kurayoshiya Shuzo, who came to Yodoe from Kurayoshi in 1821, opened an umbrella shop, and in the Taisho era, 71 manufacturers produced annually.
